01

For Meta lead form enquiries

When you submit our Meta Instant Form, GUGA EDUCATION LTD receives the answers you choose to provide. For this campaign, that can include your name, email address, WhatsApp number, postcode, UK area, intended study level and start period, application stage, subject area and the type of admissions support you need.

02

Why we use it

We use this information to review your request for UK university application support, contact you in the language of your form, identify possible next steps and continue the consultation you requested in WhatsApp. The lawful basis for reviewing and responding to this enquiry is Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR: taking steps at your request before a possible service contract.

03

Meta and WhatsApp

Meta provides the lead form and WhatsApp provides the follow-up communication service. These companies process information under their own privacy notices and may process information internationally using the safeguards they describe. GUGA does not currently send lead-quality outcomes to Meta through a CRM or Conversions API.

04

Storage and marketing

Under our full policy, a general enquiry that does not proceed may be retained for up to 24 months from the last meaningful contact, unless earlier deletion is requested and no overriding reason applies. We do not use this form as consent for unrelated promotional marketing. Any optional marketing requires a separate lawful basis and a clear opt-out.

05

Your choice and rights

Providing information is voluntary, but we may be unable to assess or answer your request without the required contact and assessment details. The form is for people aged 18 or over. Do not submit passport details, bank or payment information, medical information or sensitive documents through the Meta form. You may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain uses of your information, subject to applicable law.

06

Website analytics and consent

Vercel Web Analytics works without cookies and provides aggregated technical statistics about use of the website. We also offer optional Google Analytics 4, which is activated only after you explicitly consent to analytics. We use it to understand, in aggregate, which pages are viewed, how the website is used and performs, and how consultation calls to action and social links are used.

Depending on your settings, analytics data may include pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, referring source and the category of interaction. We never send form answers, your name, email address or phone number, search text, or the text or query string of a WhatsApp message to analytics services.

Google may process analytics data internationally under the safeguards described in its privacy documentation. If analytics is enabled, cookies such as _ga and _ga_<container-id> may remain for up to two years unless you withdraw consent or delete them. You can reject analytics as easily as accept it, and later reopen “Analytics privacy settings” to change or withdraw your consent.
